Care and Nurture

The Care and Nurture Team seeks to provide care and resources that promote emotional, physical and spiritual health for our congregation and those living in the greater community. Pastoral care is provided during the times of life that bring great joy, or those that are challenging and sometimes painful. Lay visitation is provided by volunteer church members who visit members who may be homebound, or living in retirement communities or skilled nursing facilities. Bereavement care is provided for families at the time of death and during funeral services held at the church. Resources are provided that shed light on particular needs and interests within the church and community.

Check the Happenings in weekly church bulletins, the weekly church e-newsletter, and social media for events that promote health and wholeness for our church and the community.

For additional information, contact Pastor Diane Gattone. If a member is hospitalized or there is a birth or death within the congregation, please notify her by calling the church office at (317) 924-2612; emailing her, or calling her cell phone at (317) 340-0094.
