Maura Varian

Maura joined North’s administrative team in the spring of 2025 on a part-time basis.  She spent the past 20 years working in the logistics industry, both as a provider and as a customer, after completing her college degree. In 2008 Better World Books extended a leadership role to her in the United Kingdom. The primary mission was to set up the company’s distribution and online presence in the UK, and she did that from her home in Scotland. She said it was a challenge but an amazing experience. Maura and her wife enjoy spending time with their granddaughters and fur babies.
